1.2. THE SUBCONTRACTOR(S)
Lock’O is free to use subcontractors. The processor is the natural or legal person who processes your personal data at the request and on behalf of the data controller. The processor is obliged to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data and always acts on the instructions of Lock’O.
2. ON WHAT BASIS IS MY DATA PROCESSED?
In accordance with the Regulation, we process your data on the following legal grounds: – On the basis of the performance of pre-contractual measures and the performance of the contract to which you are a party for all matters relating to the use and supply of our services.
– On the basis of the performance of the contract to which you are a party and by virtue of our legal obligations for all matters relating to the management of the contractual relationship and invoicing.
– On the basis of your consent for the sending of promotional offers (direct marketing).
